Good to knowFrequently asked questions
The practical stuff — booking, pickup, prices, kids and what to wear. Anything else, we're one WhatsApp message away.
How do I book a tour?
Message us on WhatsApp (+212 649 638 249), use the booking request form on this site, or email agadirtrip@gmail.com. You'll get a reply within 24 hours confirming availability, pickup time and the final price. There is no online payment on this website.
Is hotel pickup really included?
Yes — every one of the six excursions includes pickup and return transfer from hotels in Agadir, from Taghazout, or from the Agadir Cruise Port.
What languages are tours offered in?
English and French.
When do tours run?
Every day of the week. The barbecue camel ride is timed around sunset, the trekking tour picks up around 09:00, and other start times are agreed when you book.
How do prices work?
Prices are confirmed when you book: message us on WhatsApp with your tour, date and group size and you'll get the current price within 24 hours. The trekking tour is quoted the same way, on request.
Can children come along?
Children under 10 are welcome on the barbecue camel ride and the horse ride, and camel rides are led at walking pace. Send ages on WhatsApp and we'll confirm child rates — and what's possible on the quad, buggy and trekking tours.
What should I wear?
Comfortable trousers and sun protection for the camel and horse rides; closed shoes and clothes that can take dust for the quad and buggy tours; proper walking shoes plus swimwear and a towel for the trek's rock pools.
Is there a vegetarian option at the barbecue?
Yes — the barbecue camel ride offers a vegetarian alternative to the chicken barbecue. Mention it when you book.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Nothing is paid through this website. Payment and cancellation terms are confirmed directly with us when we reply to your booking request — ask anything you like before committing.
Where does everything start from?
You don't need to find the base — a driver collects you. We're based in Bensergao on the south side of Agadir; camel and horse rides leave from ranch country by the Souss river, while quad and buggy tours drive south toward the Tifnit dunes.
